Liane Hanks formed the company in October 2013. In January 2014 Liane was joined in partnership with Hayley Workman, having previously worked together for several years.
We are a local and independent estate agency covering the city of Bath with over 25 years of knowledge in the property industry.
A sure sign of our success is the fact that a large proportion of our business is from referrals and satisfied Clients who have recommended us to friends and family.
We have a modern south facing office conveniently located in the thriving local community of Moorland Road, Oldfield Park, Bath.

Liane Hanks
Director
Liane is the founding Director of Liane Hanks Residential Ltd.
Liane has worked within the industry for twenty plus years, working across the City of Bath. She has an abundance of knowledge which incorporates, Sales, Lettings, Property Licensing for HMO standards and Compliance.
Liane has fantastic culinary skills which can rival the bake off contestants with her talent of baking cakes and puddings. When out of the office she enjoys spending time with her two, now adult, children and is often found heading down to Cornwall to soak up the calming atmosphere on her holidays.
Hayley Workman
Director
Hayley jointly owns Liane Hanks Residential Ltd and has worked closely with Liane for over 15 years.
Hayley is responsible for the Accounts side of the business, paying rents, keeping in office internet technology up to date, in house procedures and staff training.
On her days off she likes to get out and about and can often be found travelling around the South West and coastal towns with her son, dogs and partner.
She volunteers with her local cub scout group and enjoys cycling, walking, kickboxing and attending to the garden.
Rebecca Weaver-Coles
Office Administrator
Rebecca has been with our office since 2018 and has experience with Property Management maintenance as well as administration.
Rebecca has worked in lettings for over ten years, mainly working with professional tenants that was on a large portfolio basis. She has worked for different agencies both corporate and independent based in both Bath and Bristol so has obtained a wealth of knowledge with different procedures. Rebecca is responsible for our Office Administration as she has a keen eye for detail and is efficient in keeping new tenancies within their legal timeframe.
Rebecca is passionate about football & ice hockey. She helps support her partner in her creative endeavour of homemade prints and cards. Rebecca is a new mum and loves spending time at home with her new family & dog Milo.
Terri Wiles
Property Management Maintenance
Terri joined us in December 2023 and continues to be a valued member of our team.
Terri is new to the rental industry and is still learning procedures and industry standards. However she has lots of experience with dealing with maintenance issues, dealing with contractors and following up required works. She works part time in our office due to her other commitments working alongside her husband at T W Windows.
Terri is a very organised individual who loves to project manage not only her work load but her home life as well.
Jacey Christie
Property Management Maintenance
Jacey joined us March 2024 and is currently in training.
Jacey is new to the rental industry and has just started training and learning procedures and industry standards. She has previous experience dealing with customers, managing work loads and is really settling into the office well. She will be dealing with maintenance issues, contractors and communication with the tenants and landlords.
Jacey loves spending time with her younger siblings, partner & dog.
