Liane Hanks formed the company in October 2013. In January 2014 Liane was joined in partnership with Hayley Workman, having previously worked together for several years.
We are a local and independent estate agency covering the city of Bath with over 25 years of knowledge in the property industry.
A sure sign of our success is the fact that a large proportion of our business is from referrals and satisfied Clients who have recommended us to friends and family.
We have a modern south facing office conveniently located in the thriving local community of Moorland Road, Oldfield Park, Bath.

Liane Hanks
Director
Liane is the founding Director of Liane Hanks Residential Ltd.
Liane has worked within the industry for twenty plus years, working across the City of Bath. She has an abundance of knowledge which incorporates, Sales, Lettings, Property Licensing for HMO standards and Compliance.
Liane has fantastic culinary skills which can rival the bake off contestants with her talent of baking cakes and puddings. When out of the office she enjoys spending time with her two, now adult, children and walking her dog Poppet. Liane is often found planning her next trip to Italy to soak up the culture, food & the sunshine.
Hayley Workman
Director
Hayley jointly owns Liane Hanks Residential Ltd and has worked closely with Liane for over 15 years.
Hayley is responsible for the Accounts side of the business, paying rents, keeping in office internet technology up to date, in house procedures and staff training.
On her days off she likes to get out and about and can often be found travelling around the South West and coastal towns with her son, dogs and partner.
She volunteers with her local cub scout group and enjoys cycling, walking, kickboxing and attending to the garden.
Jacey Christie
Property Management Maintenance

Jacey joined us March 2024 and continues to be a valued member of our team.
Jacey is new to the rental industry and has just started training and learning procedures and industry standards. She has previous experience dealing with customers, managing work loads and is really settling into the office well. She will be dealing with maintenance issues, contractors and communication with the tenants and landlords.

Jacey loves spending time with her younger siblings, partner & dog.
Laura Andrews
Property Management Maintenance

Laura joined us June 2024 and is currently in training.
Laura is new to the rental industry having previously worked in conveyancing as a Paralegal/Assistant. The administration experience will be helpful in her role where she will be dealing with maintenance issues, contractors and communication with our tenants and landlords.
Laura loves pottering in the garden with her fiance and befriending neighbourhood cats that pop by. When the weather doesn’t allow this, she will be found keeping up with the Premier League and attending Bath City Womens’ games during the football season
Bethany Hibbert
Administrator

Bethany joined us June 2024 and is currently in training.
Bethany is new to rental Industry and is starting her training on administrative work. She will be responsible for our office Administration and has settled into the office well. Bethany has come from the Education industry and has many years’ experience dealing with customer queries, managing a high stress workload and enjoys managing paperwork.
Bethany volunteers at two local Brownie Girlguide units in her spare time. She loves animals and has 4 pet rats which she regularly plays with and is always redecorating their cage with new toys for them to explore. Bethany also enjoys playing a game of pool with her friends and family.
