Tenants
Liane Hanks Residential Ltd use your personal data to deliver services to you, to sed you information about properties and property related services you may request of us or that we think will be of interest to you, also to conduct searches about your identity, your current and past residency addresses and your right to live in the UK an credit history to meet applicable laws and to provide a recommendation to Landlord Clients on your suitability as a tenant in their property.
Information about you is shared with partners as described in this policy who have undertaken to hold your personal data in compliance with the applicable laws. Where Liane Hanks Residential rely on your consent for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
Details of tenants may be shared with the following: - Bath and North East Somerset Council for council tax, Wessex Water, other utility providers, the Deposit Protection Service or Tenancy Deposit Scheme (in relation to Deposits), Landlords, Homelet Referencing Company for referencing, other Agents who are requesting a Landlords Reference, Contractors for maintenance visits.
Liane Hanks Residential Ltd uses a remote hosted software provider to access Computer for Professionals (CFP) further details of this remote server can be provided if requested.
Tenant information will be disposed of safely if in paper form within one year of the end of the tenancy end date. Other information held on CFP will be removed but the Invoices/Payments will remain until a period of seven years has elapsed.
Guarantors
Guarantor information will be disposed of safely if in paper form within one year of the end of the tenancy end date. Other information held on CFP will be removed but the Invoices/Payments will remain until a period of seven years has elapsed.
